PRIVATE BETA TERMS

WorkDesk beta terms

Beta status

WorkDesk is pre-release software. Features may change, errors may occur and availability is not guaranteed. Do not rely on the beta as the only copy of business-critical information.

Trial access

Selected beta businesses may receive 30 days of free access with no card required. Beta access is discretionary and may be paused or withdrawn if the service is misused.

Paid access

Paid WorkDesk access is sold in 30-day blocks. The initial paid block is £24.95 and subsequent manual 30-day renewals are £14.95 unless pricing is changed before purchase. Payments are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.

Your data

You retain responsibility for the business and customer information you enter. You should only upload information you are entitled to use and should maintain suitable backups during the beta.

Acceptable use

Do not use WorkDesk for unlawful activity, attempts to access another business's workspace, harmful code, payment abuse or content that infringes another person's rights.

Feedback

Beta testers are encouraged to provide practical feedback. WorkDesk may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation for ideas or suggestions.

Liability during beta

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WorkDesk is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by relying on beta functionality without keeping appropriate business records or backups.

Ending use

You can stop using WorkDesk at any time. When access expires the current product may keep records visible in read-only mode so you can review or export them.
